Vuosien varrella tullut maistettua kaikennäköistä hunajaa eri maissa, suurilta ja pieniltä tiloilta, ja tähän asti tämä on ehdoton suosikki. Maku on kukkainen, täyteläinen, raikas ja erittäin makea. Menee loistavasti jogurtissa, paahtoleivällä tai sellaisenaankin.
