Products and product prices
Product prices are given in connection with product presentations. Our products include VAT. The tax item is shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation.
Private customers can pay for their orders using the payment methods available in the shopping cart. Business customers may also request billing rights.
Our packaging and shipping costs depend on the shipping method you choose.
There are two different delivery options for EU countries. If you are ordering from Propol or lip creams, select Letter to EU countries. For other purchases, select Parcel delivery to EU countries. The customer is responsible for the correct choice of delivery. We reserve the right not to deliver goods if the order is placed incorrectly. In this case, we will refund the money.
We will ship the items you order by mail as soon as possible, usually within one day of receiving your order. If any of the items in your order are out of stock, we will contact you.
Product Return Right
All products except food have a full 14 day return policy. The product can be returned free of charge as a customer return. Please contact us for return instructions. The product to be returned must be unused and unchanged.
Fixing a product defect
If the goods are lost or damaged during transport, a complaint must be made to the company within 14 days. If transport damage occurs, the transport company must be notified immediately. If the customer has sent incorrect or incomplete information (eg Address details) and the delivery fails because of this, the customer must pay for the cost of the order and the failed shipment
