There are three different types of sponsor hives. You can choose a fixed-term or permanent subscription. 

FIXED ORDERS (OPERATING YEAR 2024) :

         1. WORKER BEE (69 €) includes 5 jars of a'300g honey (1.5kg)

         2. LARVA (69 €) FOR CHILDREN includes 5 jars a'300g  honey (1.5kg)

         3. THE QUEEN (€ 115) includes 10 jars of a'300g  honey (3.0kg)

LARVA a "permanent order" for the god bee hive includes:

1. GOD BEE HIVE , designated for the recipient.
2. GOD CERTIFICATE , personalized according to the customer's wishes.  Shipment within 24 hours to the  subscriber  's or gift recipient's  email.  Delivery by letter  takes  4 working days. Also scheduled delivery at  your desired time.
3. VIDEO HEARINGS  (13-15 videos, 3-10min / video) from the godparent throughout the treatment year 2023. Videos are in Finnish language.
4. YOUR OWN APIARY honey in 5 glass jars  a'300g or 1.5kg with personalized labels. Delivery in the fall of 2024.
5. DELIVERY COSTS TO FINLAND . If you order other products for the same order that you want to ship immediately, we will charge an additional postage of € 5.9  if the  value of the additional products  is  less than € 50 . You will receive an invoice for postage with the shipment.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add product to cart.

3. Enter additional information in the “Order and Delivery Notes ” field.
   1. Whose name is the godfather and do you want extra wishes for?
   2. To whom is the sponsorship certificate sent, when, by letter or e-mail?
   3. What name do you want the labels for honey jars?
4. Press UPDATE and then SUBSCRIBE.
5. Select SUBSCRIBE WITHOUT REGISTRATION or REGISTER AT THE SAME TIME. 
6. Enter the subscriber's information and the delivery address and telephone number of the recipient of the sponsor's honeys, if different from the subscriber's.
7. Pay for the order as you choose.

At the time you want, the recipient of the gift will receive a personalized GOD CERTIFICATE, which will show them the gift package (also available in Swedish). Shipment by letter or e-mail to the subscriber or directly to the recipient.

The bee videos from its own godfather will delight the recipient throughout the 2023 treatment season. You can buy the nest at any time of the year, you get access to a video library where you can see all the videos of the treatment season.

God honey from your own apiary will be delivered in the fall of 2023 and personalized to your liking!

1. What do I do if I order, for example, 3 rubber nests?
   • Pay for the order online and send more information to mesi@hunajalahde.com by e-mail, quoting  the name or order number .
2. What personalized information can I get for a certificate?
   • Name (s) of consignee

3. Can I print the certificate by e-mail?
   • Yes, it comes as a PDF file that you can print to a color printer.
   • Using 160g / m2 paper, for example, will make it really festive.
4. What kind of paper do you print the certificate on?
   • We use 160g / m2 paper.
5. What are the restrictions on the names of label of honey?
   • The maximum length is about 50 characters
6. Can I submit my own photo to the labels and get different names for each jar?
   • You can send your photo to mesi@hunajalahde.com.
   • You can get a different name for each jar if you want.
7. I forgot to enter the recipient's information in the order, what now?
   • No worries, send information to mesi@hunajalahde.com
   • We will review each order and if information is missing, we will request it from the subscriber via email.
8. Can I specify the exact time when the sponsorship certificate will be sent?
   • Yes, the certificate will be delivered to the recipient by e-mail to the nearest minute. Delivery time can be max. 12 months ahead. For mail, the mail delay is 4 working days.
9. What is the fastest possible certificate delivery time?         
   • At its fastest, the certificate can be obtained 30 minutes after ordering. Ask for express delivery in Chat. There is no additional cost for express delivery.
10. Does the recipient receive any information about the order before the certificate is sent?        
    • No, the subscriber will receive an order confirmation.
11. How does the subscriber know if the recipient has received the certificate?
    •  At the same time, the subscriber will receive a copy of the sent certificate by e-mail.
12. How long are the videos and how many come in the summer?
    • The videos are about 2min-10min long and there will be about 13-15 of them during the treatment period.
13. Is the email blocking from the videos?
    • No, you get a link to a cloud server where you can see the videos.
    • You must have a working network connection.
14. What do the videos contain?
    • They describe the life of bees from early spring to late autumn. You can see openly how the beekeeper takes care of your bee hive and which plants your main honey comes from. You will concretely see the journey of honey to your dining table, narrated and described by a beekeeper.
    • After that, you will know much more about modern beekeeping. You know the origin of your honey with 100% certainty.
    • Videos are suitable for children to adults.
15. Can I order this for EU countries?
    • Yes, in the shopping cart, select PACKAGE DELIVERY TO EU COUNTRIES.
16. Can I order other products with the same order?
    • Yes, but if the value of the additional products is less than € 50, we will charge an additional postage of € 5.9 (in  Finland) and 22€ (in EU). You will receive an invoice for postage with the shipment or email.
17. When will the honeys be sent?
    • Honeys will be shipped by the end of October 2023 at the latest.
18. Is it possible  to get autumn honey soft or hard?
    • Yes, add your wish in the additional information field. The delivery time for crystallized honeys is about 2 weeks later than for running honeys. 
19. Can one hive have more than one godfather? 
    • Yes, max. 50% of the honey in the hive is sold as god honey.
20. Are hives sold all year round ?
    • The 2023 sponsorship hives will be sold until the end of August 2023. 
    • Mention in the order if you want a different delivery, you can do it too.

HONEY FROM OUR FARM:

We are a two-person family business operating in Ylä-Savo, Lapinlahti. We are already working in the second generation, Kari's father Erkki Lappi started beekeeping in 1976. In 2013, he was awarded the title of "Beekeeper of the Year".

Although our honey is delicious, pollination is still the most valuable product of bees. The value of pollination is many times the value of the honey crop. It is estimated that insects pollinate 80 percent of the world's plant species. The rest of the plants are wind or self-pollinated. Beekeeping is an effective way to promote biodiversity. Our beehives are used e.g. in the pollination of strawberries, boysenberries and raspberries on berry farms in Lapinlahti. In addition, our bees are used to control gray mold when bees apply a biological pesticide to strawberry and raspberry flowers. The bees fly within a radius of about 2km from the nest, so there is a huge number of plants to be pollinated during the summer.

There are currently more than 20 apiaries and they are located within a radius of about 20 km from the center of Lapinlahti.

All our apiaries meet the requirements of the location in accordance with the regulations of ORGANIC.
