Buckwheat Honey 150g

This buckwheat honey has a unique taste in which you can distinguish malt and burnt sugar.

This year our buckwheat honey became particularly tasty, because some of the bees collected nectar from simultaneously blooming willowherbs. Therefore, our buckwheat honey isn't quite as strongly malty nor as dark as last year.

Our buckwheat honey stays runny for a long time.

Our buckwheat honey is collected in two areas in the wilderness: Pörsänmäki (Iisalmi) and Mäkikylä (Lapinlahti).
