The use and preservation of pollen

Pollen can be used for pollen immunotherapy and as a nutritional supplement for protein. You can, for example, add some into your yogurt. An appropriate dose is one or two teespoons a day. Keep in an airtight container in a dark place. Preservations of over one year in a cool place or in the freezer.

Pollen can cause an allergic reaction for those allergic to pollen. That's why it's better to start with small doses and gradually increase them.

Please note! Unfiltered honey may also contain small amounts of pollen!
