The gustatory sensation is ideal - you'll feel the sea buckthorn's seeds on your tongue and the soft flavours of honey simultaneously caressing your taste buds. Our sea buckthorn honey contains 5% of crushed sea buckthorns, which is an optimal ratio for the balance of flavours.
Organic crushed sea buckthorns are rich in vitamins A and E and contain a high percentage of oil. The fatty acids omega 3 and omega 6 have an ideal ratio (1,5:1) which helps you lower your cholesterol quickly. Sea buckthorns are also an excellent source of fibre.
